DR. CHRIS OSWALD

Dr. Chris is a chiropractic doctor who owns and operates one of Canada's leading and largest multidisciplinary clinics, which he founded in 1988. He built a team of 30 exceptional practitioners and support staff to allow the clinic to see 55,000 patient visits per year and he alone has helped well over 30,000 new patients. Many include well-known professional athletes, leading business elite, and clients from diverse backgrounds dealing with pain and optimal functioning daily.

 

He is the author of the best-seller, Stretching for Fitness Health & Performance, co-founder of ergo-health, CEO & founder of MuscleCare Products, as well as the creator of “Stretch" for Fortune 500 company, Massage Envy. He consults for various brands in the health, wellness, and ergonomics spaces, such as Office Depot, etc.

 

He is also the President of The Centre for Fitness Health and Performance, the owner of The Jaw Centre, and co-founder and co-CEO of the Oral Facial Pain Training program.

 

He received his Bachelor of Science, specializing in Human Biology & Human Kinetics, from the University of Guelph in 1984 and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic, from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1988. Respected as one of North America's leading authorities, Dr. Oswald is a regular contributor and lecturer for the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Northwestern Health Sciences University, and the Canadian Chiropractic Association and was recognized by the Canadian Chiropractic Association as one of the profession's top 20 leaders under 40 years of age.

 

Dr. Oswald has written and delivered many lectures (in-person and live webinars) on future healthcare trends, doctor-patient communication, stretching, exercise, and ergonomics. 

 

He has also been a guest on numerous podcasts and created his own with his business partner, Colby Bucci, called the “Healthcare Pros Podcast."

 

Dr. Oswald's decision to create his own line of premium, scientifically-based, ergonomic, health and wellness products was based on his patients’ dissatisfaction and frustration with existing products that fell short of their marketing claims. His client base of 30,000 patients is an ongoing focus group for product ideas and testing based on real consumer needs.

 

He has officially retired from private practice as of January 18, 2024. While owning the majority of CFFHP and The Jaw Centre, he remains a guiding mentor for his team in Toronto. He spends most of his time actively scaling MuscleCare with his outstanding team of growth and sales experts from all over the world. They are in the USA at health conferences as guest lecturers, supporters, and sponsors 2-3x per month whereby the team introduces the new natural evidence-based, sub-topical spasm, inflammation, and pain relief to various channels like Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, PT, and Trainers.
